This spur features a 3/4” band and 1.5” shanks. This is a really nice feeling light roping spur. The shank is short enough to not get in your way but long enough to make it easy to make contact with your horse.

Our bands are made from 1/8” high carbon steel. The shanks are made from 3/8” high carbon steel. This makes our spurs lighter than a lot of the other makers, but because of how they are designed they still ride like a heavy spur. Meaning that they don’t flop all over your boot. They are designed to sit on top of the spur shelf on your boot.

*PSA I have found that when people complain about their spurs not staying in place, more often than not it is because their spur straps are adjusted too loose.
